The evening was marked by a number of high-quality speeches, including those by Dr Philippe Stephan (child psychiatrist), Béatrice Pilloud (Valais Attorney General) and Jean-Philippe Lonfat (Head of the Canton of Valais Education Department), followed by a round-table discussion with committed players in the fields of prevention and education.
Graines de Paix was invited to take part in the event and set up a stand on site. This presence enabled us to present our educational resources – in particular Grandir en Paix, mentioned during the discussions – and to exchange views with several partners involved in preventing school violence. It was also an opportunity to strengthen ties with several key partners, such as ASLEC, CIDE, the Morane Association and the Valais Education Service.
The Foundation would like to thank the organizers for their warm welcome, and the many people we met for the richness of their discussions and their commitment to preventive and inclusive education.
