Nicole B.G. Gouroubera Chabi

Community and gender program officer

Nicole B. G. Gouroubera Chabi holds a master’s degree in education systems management and a doctorate in family and gender sociology. She has worked on several development projects run by local and international NGOs.

Since February 2025, she has joined Graines de Paix Benin as Community and Gender Programme Officer. She contributes to the design and adaptation of parenting education initiatives and pedagogical tools for families and communities, in line with the Graines de Paix reference framework and national institutional standards.

Committed to educational non-violence, gender equality and social cohesion,she now places her expertise at the service of strengthening community dynamics and child protection in Benin.
