Edivanda Mugrabi
Head of Pedagogy and Training
Edivanda Mugrabi holds a doctorate in education and is an international expert in pedagogy, teaching methodologies and education systems transformation. She carried out numerous missions in West Africa for Enfants du Monde and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), before joining Graines de Paix in 2020 as Head of Pedagogy and Training.
She designs and leads educational programs in Switzerland, Côte d’Ivoire and Benin, integrating pedagogical tools, teacher training and life skills development. She is also the author of a UNESCO study on curriculum evolution in West Africa, with a focus on violence prevention.
She advocates inclusive, global and meaningful education, capable of strengthening academic success, mental well-being, social cohesion and respect for diversity.
My mission is to inspire a shift in educational practice, nurturing both critical thinking and emotional intelligence. An education that fosters awareness of oneself and others, and teaches how to think, feel and live together, because this is how we build a more just, humane and peaceful society.
