Nathalie Ritter has developed a rich career path between Switzerland and the international arena, managing projects in the humanitarian field (ICRC), development aid and higher education (EPFL). She has solid experience in program management, operational coordination and institutional partnerships. She holds an MSc in Project Management and is also trained in non-violent communication (NVC), NLP and applied neuroscience for coaching, strengthening her expertise in human support and the transformation of educational practices.
It is important to me to contribute to an education that enables every child to feel safe, to learn about others and to live together respectfully. Giving children the tools to manage and prevent violence from an early age is, in my view, essential to building peace.
