Human right to Education

The human right to Education is defined by art. 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

What is important to note is that this Right affirms that the "full development of the human personality" is a universal right to be provided by public education. Thus the role of public education is not to be limited to providing basic instruction.
