Dominique Falque
Board Member, Graines de Paix Foundation
With over forty years of experience in international financial management, Dominique Falque has worked across sectors including construction, services, IT, motor sports and mountain tourism. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, he has lived in Africa, Latin America and the United States, before settling in Switzerland in 1999.
Building on this international career, he has developed expertise in sustainable economics and inclusive finance, notably through adherence to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. In 2011, he founded IDFIS, a fiduciary specialized in supporting start-ups in French-speaking Switzerland and in selecting investments linked to the real economy.
Involved in the world of associations, he has been responsible for ESSEC Alumni in Switzerland since 2009 and co-founded the Association Suisse des Amis des Grandes Écoles (ASAGE). He joined the Graines de Paix Foundation Board in September 2024, convinced that education must address the challenges of digital transformation and automation while strengthening human and social values.
I was deeply inspired by Graines de Paix’s approach, which promotes education grounded in respect for differences, the development of life skills and the prevention of violence in an increasingly digitalized world. Inspired by my grandchildren, I am committed to supporting this mission and contributing, with humility, to helping children thrive, succeed academically and cultivate peace in a spirit of kindness and shared responsibility.
