Jules Zannou

National coordinator

Finagnon Jules Zannou has over twenty years’ experience in the Beninese administration and international non-governmental organizations. He is currently the national coordinator of Grains of Peace Benin.

A graduate of the École nationale d’administration et de magistrature of Benin (law and general administration), he holds advanced degrees in human rights, project management and local development, as well as in governance and democracy. He also holds a degree in public law, with a specialization in administrative litigation.
