Julia Lambert holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Non-Profit Management, and has over twenty years’ experience in the financial management of mission-driven organizations. She has held key positions in institutions active in the fields of education, human rights and social inclusion, including Human Rights Watch, Fondation Ensemble, Casa Alianza, Fondation Trajets and the University of Geneva.

On the strength of this rich and committed background, she joins Graines de Paix to put her expertise at the service of rigorous management and lasting impact.
