Laura Ducastel
Pedagogical department
A psychologist and specialist in experiential learning approaches, Laura Ducastel holds an MSc in Social and Occupational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Management. She specializes in developing psychosocial skills and supporting educational and professional transitions.
Her career is based on solid experience in higher education, in Switzerland and France, where she designed and led pedagogical programs promoting learning by doing, cooperation and reflective analysis. At the same time, she works in private practice with children, teenagers and their families, and intervenes in educational and organizational contexts around psychosocial skills.
Committed to educational non-violence, she contributes to the development of Graines de Paix’s pedagogical approaches by continuously improving programs in Switzerland, designing face-to-face and e-learning training pathways, and facilitating collaborative learning initiatives that foster engagement, transform educational practices, and support the sustainable development of life skills promoted by Graines de Paix.
At Graines de Paix, I aspire to co-create spaces for dialogue, collaboration and commitment with children, while also caring for adults so they can embody the values they pass on. For how can we care for the little human in front of us if we have never learned to care for the little human within?
