Olga Wendling
Board Member, Graines de Paix Foundation
With dual training in law and management from HEC Paris, Olga has built her career within major multinational groups such as Bunge, SITA and Inmarsat, where she has held management positions in strategy, business development and partnerships.
In recent years, she has worked in management consulting, supporting organizations through transformation, strategic repositioning and adaptation to economic and societal change. She also teaches strategy, leadership, sustainability and management at Geneva Business School, and supports impact-driven entrepreneurs and start-ups as a mentor, coach and advisory board member.
I deeply share the values of empathy, solidarity and care that lie at the heart of Graines de Paix’s philosophy. In a world facing growing polarization, radicalization and violence, education must go beyond academic knowledge to foster essential life skills. Children and young people need supportive, innovative and compassionate approaches that help them build resilience, confidence and hope. This is the mission of Graines de Paix, and one I am proud to support.
